Based on our clients’ needs, each worker is trained by one of our senior skilled professionals to ensure high quality standards.

Our team is an example of precision, reliability, and efficiency. Nurturing an innovative working environment makes way for proactive problem solvers. Globalis’ qualified operators include nuclear decommissioning specialists, radiation protection technicians, engineers, waste management specialists, mechanical and structural demolition workers, insulators, painters, sandblasters, welders, outfitters, flooring specialists, scaffolders, and electricians.

Partners play a crucial role in the progress of our company and the services we provide. We ensure that all training programs and subsequent assignments are conducted with the utmost attention and compliance with our partners vision and values.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to ensure the best possible services by providing highly qualified workforce that meet clients’ requirement. We aim at providing fair, transparent, and sustainable tailored services for our clients and their stakeholders.

Ensuring an outstanding welfare and fair treatment of our workforce allows us to keep productivity levels at an all-time high. Our Vision:

Our goal is to be your long-term partner for efficient, reliable and tailormade services in the nuclear, naval, energy and industrial services. It is becoming increasingly clear that the current and future protection of Europe’s environment will be one of the greatest challenges that our society will face, partly because of the emissions’ development and complex official and procedural rules.

In the long term, we thrive to give a sustainable contribution to the future safeguarding of the intensive labor services in Europe, by enabling lean access to resources in Eastern Europe as well as allowing our clients to have close support and reliable tailor-made services.

Company Founders

Alfredo Bosi

C.O.O.

With a solid academic foundation in mechanical engineering, Alfredo’s professional journey started over ten years ago where his set of skills proved invaluable in the competitive workforce. After his experience in the Italian shipbuilding realm, his focus shifted towards the dynamic challenge of business development where he delved in the nuclear and energy industries. Alfredo channeled his competencies and joined his business partners in their very own venture, Globalis Industrial Services. His rich experience and network cultivated across different sectors aligned with the evolving needs of the market, embarking on a journey of innovation.

Filippo Castelli

C.E.O.

Filippo's academic background in business management and commerce, earned at the Bocconi University in Milan, set the stage for a remarkable professional journey. His career kicked off with an internship in Amsterdam and a major pipeline project, where he was introduced to the world of budgeting and to the international environment. Two years later, Filippo transitioned to another major gas infrastructure project, assuming responsibilities first in budgeting and logistics, ultimately rising to a key role in the management team where he was able to oversee critical aspects of the project. Towards the end of this project he partnered with Alfredo and they decided to pool their expertise and energies into founding Globalis.

Gunther Blitz

C.C.O.

Boasting dual expertise in business administration and mechanical engineering, Gunther forged a career path primarily within the landscape of the oil and gas industry. His journey reached a pinnacle as he assumed key roles, including managing and directing projects at Safetec GmbH, a major player in the German market of decommissioning of nuclear power plants. As Safetec being minority shareholder in Globalis Industrial Services, Gunther is leveraging the nuclear experience into our business.
